Support Categories
Improved Health & Well-being
Physical Well-being Activities: All activities to support and maintain well-being and support, maintain or increase physical mobility. These supports are provided due to the additional
requirements of the participant’s disability and to assist them to participate in physical well-being.
Improved Daily Living
Assessment, training, development and/or therapy to assist in the development of, or increase in skills for independence and community participation. Service can be delivered in groups or
individually.
The aim of Therapeutic Supports provided for a participant with an established disability, which has reached its maximum medical improvement, is to facilitate functional improvement through
adjustment, adaptation and building capacity to participate in the broader community.
Getting Started
Book a planning meeting to:
1. Meet with provider
2. Conduct relevant assessments
3. Discuss goals and expectations
4. Agree on services
5. Complete Service Agreement

Service Delivery
Our services are delivered in a local health and fitness facilities. We recognise that this is not always practical or appropriate for the participant, therefore we are flexible to deliver
services at the participants home or preferred location.
Professional Indemnity & Public Liability
Professional Indemnity and Public Liability ($20 million) is provided by CGU.
